On behalf of our client, a busy 5-star hotel in Ayia Napa, we are seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor.
What we expect from you:
· Supervise pre-opening team members for the preparation of the restaurant.
· Manage staff and provide them with feedback.
· Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions.
· Help in any area of the restaurant where needed.
· Ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures and policies.
· Provide guidance and direction to station leaders, head hostess, buffet keepers and dispense bars personnel.
· Assist guests when they prepare to leave, and say goodbye.
· Supervise waiters’ adherence to timetable and breaks.
· Implement high standards of health and safety, and adhere to company procedures and policies.
· Check and report stock levels and supplies that need to be ordered (requisition).
· Leaving Certificate from a High School or Technical School
· Good knowledge of the English language
· Character distinguished by courtesy and positive attitude towards customer service
· A person who communicates well and has a genuine smile
· EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
